At this time, Functional Friends is an out of network provider. We currently accept cash and credit card. 

We also accept vouchers and waivers from Montgomery County and Warren County. If you are part of Family Supportive Services, please reach out to your service coordinator to request funds for Functional Friends Therapy Services LLC. 

If requested, we are able to provide an invoice that can be submitted to insurance to obtain reimbursement. This does not guarantee that the insurance provider will pay for the services, as each insurance company and insurance plan varies. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to see what they may cover as well as provide them with the Superbill invoices. 

The length of our sessions vary depending on what therapy you are requesting. For occupational therapy and physical therapy, the evaluation and treatment sessions will be 55-60 minutes, depending on the needs of our patients and families. 

Yes. If cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $25 will be assessed. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. 

The length of  therapy treatment depends on the individual and their specific needs. Some individuals may require short-term therapy, while others may require ongoing therapy to manage their condition and maintain their level of function. Your therapist will work with you to determine the appropriate length of treatment for your needs.

No. You do not need a referral for an out of network provider.
